It acts as an interface for healthcare professionals, researchers, and practitioners specializing in cardiology, allowing them to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and propel advancements in cardiovascular care across the Asia-Pacific region.APSC is committed to advocating for the prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases across the Asia-Pacific region. Through educational initiatives, research undertakings, and fostering collaborations, it seeks to enhance cardiovascular health and alleviate the impact of heart disease in this culturally diverse and densely populated region.
Emirates Cardiac Society
The Emirates Cardiac Society (ECS) is a non-profit entity, established in 1999 under the umbrella of the Emirates Medical Association.ECS is committed to enhancing cardiovascular health via education, research, and ensuring high-quality patient care. It aids individuals in understanding the necessity of making healthy lifestyle decisions and provides medical professionals with evidence-based treatment guidelines to ensure their patients receive the best possible care.The society regularly organizes scientific meetings and social events. It also hosts local and international conferences in partnership with the
Gulf Heart Association, Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology, World Heart Federation, European Society of Cardiology, and American Heart Association.
